Food Allergy and Food Rotation Class
Please join the allergy department of Avante Medical Center for an instructional hour focusing on managing your food allergies and rotation diets. This class is intended to aid our patients who have been diagnosed with food allergies in making proper food choices and prevention of new allergies.

We will have examples of alternatives to dairy, wheat, and eggs but this class should be helpful in living with food allergies no matter what your main food reactions are.

Dates and Location:

July 1, 2008 and July 29, 2008
6-7 pm at Avante Medical Center
Cost: $25 per person (cash or check only)

Bones for Life with Grant Gibbs

A program for stimulating bone strength through natural movement and weight bearing posture inpired by Moshe Feldenkrais.

Class will be offered every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Avante Medical Center.  Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
